You will therefore not receive a physical book or parcel in the post.

After your purchase has been successfully completed, access to your ebook will be provided digitally, typically through:

A download or access link sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Digital delivery is usually available shortly after successful payment.

No physical book is sent
No delivery address is required for fulfilment unless requested for payment, tax or fraud-prevention purposes
There is no physical shipping or tracking number
Any charges displayed during checkout will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase, as required by applicable online-selling rules. UK guidance requires customers to receive key information, including the price and applicable delivery arrangements, before placing an order.
